The short version
Use Speall lawfully, keep your access details secure, and do not treat our software as a medical device or a safety guarantee. If you are using it around people or hardware, you remain responsible for the safeguards, supervision and approvals that work requires.
Early access
Early-access features may change, be paused, or be withdrawn as we learn from real labs and rigs. We may set usage limits or ask you to stop using a feature where we see a safety, security or operational risk. Feedback you share may be used to improve Speall without an obligation to compensate you.
Research, not clinical use
Speall is research software. It is not a medical device, is not cleared or approved for clinical use, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Do not use it in a clinical study, patient-care setting or other regulated workflow without the approvals, validation and controls required for that work.
Your data and your rig
You are responsible for the data, devices and environments you connect to Speall. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that data, including any consent or institutional approval. You must configure and independently verify limits, interlocks and emergency stops before operating hardware.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website or software, interfere with other users, probe for vulnerabilities, bypass access controls, or use Speall in violation of applicable law. Do not reverse engineer or redistribute non-public Speall software except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Availability and liability
Speall is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that every result will be accurate for your environment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Speall is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or early-access software.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Speall evolves. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the effective date. If you have a question, contact us at hello@speall.com.
